1. Use of ServicesZenon Mobile provides a platform that connects users, merchants, and delivery partners for the purpose of facilitating the purchase and delivery of physical goods. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- Users may be required to create an account to access certain features
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information
Zenon Go enables transactions between customers and merchants for physical goods.
- Zenon Mobile is not the seller of listed products
- Merchants are responsible for product accuracy and fulfillment
- Riders are responsible for delivery services
Zenon Mobile acts as a technology platform facilitating transactions between customers and merchants and is authorized to process payments, hold funds temporarily where applicable, and deduct agreed service fees or commissions before vendor settlement.
- Zenon Go charges a standard 10% service commission on completed orders processed through the platform.
- By listing and selling products on Zenon Go, vendors authorize Zenon Mobile to deduct the applicable commission before settlement or payout is made.
- The commission fee covers platform operations, transaction processing, infrastructure maintenance, customer support, and marketplace services provided through the platform.
- Zenon Mobile reserves the right to update or modify its commission structure, service fees, or pricing policies at any time. Vendors will be notified of material changes where applicable.
- Zenon Mobile acts solely as a technology platform facilitating transactions between customers, merchants, and delivery partners and may temporarily hold funds for order verification, dispute resolution, refunds, or settlement processing where necessary.
5. PaymentsPayments made through the platform are processed securely. Zenon Mobile may act as an intermediary to facilitate transactions between users.
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for fraudulent activities
- Interfere with system security
- Misuse the platform or its services
7. Intellectual PropertyAll content, branding, and technology on this platform are the property of Zenon Mobile and may not be copied or used without permission.
Zenon Mobile is not liable for:
- Delays in delivery
- Product quality issues from merchants
- Losses resulting from misuse of the platform
9. TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to TermsZenon Mobile may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
